Woodard Orthodontics is now Lilli Orthodontics, the go-to spot for smiles in Southeast Virginia since 1997. We’re so excited to welcome you to our family! We’re all about making your journey to a dream smile feel like a fun adventure with friends who happen to be amazing at what they do. We work hard to understand your unique needs and build long-term relationships, so you feel comfortable visit after visit.
Meet Our Doctor
Dr. Christina Lilli’s treatment philosophy centers on meticulous attention to detail and comprehensive care. She looks beyond straightening teeth, focusing on total oral health to create balanced, functional, and beautiful smiles.
She is a board-certified orthodontist with over 10 years of experience helping patients achieve confident, healthy smiles. Known for her thoughtful and personalized approach, she specializes in treating dental and facial irregularities using the latest techniques in braces and clear aligner therapy.
Outside the office, Dr. Lilli enjoys spending time with her husband, Rusty, and their two children, Taylor and Michael. She’s an avid runner, Peloton enthusiast, golfer, snowboarder, traveler, and a loyal Steelers fan.
A proud veteran of the U.S. Navy, Dr. Lilli served for 14 years, including time deployed aboard a ship and living overseas in Okinawa, Japan. Now, she’s happily settling into civilian life in Hampton Roads and embracing everything the Southeast Virginia community has to offer, from local travel to meaningful connections with patients and neighbors.
Meet Our Staff
Zel is our Treatment Coordinator and she has been with Woodard Orthodontics since 2022. She has been in the dental field for 7 years. She is originally from Philippines and moved to Virginia in 2005. She has lived in West Palm Beach, FL and Columbus, OH before moving back to Virginia in 2022. She loves traveling, listening to podcasts, and watching documentaries.
Mackenzie is from Seattle, WA and she moved to Virginia in 2020. She joined Woodard Orthodontics in 2021 as our scheduling coordinator. She is an avid collector of vintage BMW and enjoys going to car shows with her husband, Bryant. In her free time, she likes going to the beach and working on DIY projects around her home.
Barbara started in the orthodontic field in 1987 while attending High School. She joined Woodard Orthodontics in 2000 as a dental assistant. She loves meeting new people and being a part of the patient's journey to a beautiful smile. She was born in Burlington, NC and moved to Chesapeake, VA as a child. She loves animals and has two Siamese cats named Yoshi and Minnie Moo. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time working in her flowers, going fishing...watching movies.
Kim is our wonderful financial coordinator. She was born and raised in Norfolk, VA. She attended Norfolk State University and graduated with a degree in Mass Communication. Kim joined Woodard Orthodontics in 1997, and just celebrated her 25 years of service with the practice. She has two children, Kenya and Tariq. She also has a black lab and pit mixed named Smokey. Outside the office, Kim enjoys cooking and baking, swimming, dancing, and spending time with her family.
Kellie grew up in a small town south of Buffalo, NY. She has been living in Virginia for 18 years. She has four children, and a German Shepherd named Nova. She enjoys spending time outdoors with her family. Kellie has been in the dental field for 25 years and has been with Woodard Orthodontics since 2014. She loves watching and listening to patients share their excitement about their journey.
Cat has been a dental assistant for 16 years and she joined Woodard Orthodontics in 2021. She loves getting to know her patients and creating a bond during their journey. "I enjoy watching my patients grow and build security in who they are and loving their smiles", says Cat.
Cat was born in Portsmouth, VA and is currently residing in Virginia Beach with her husband and three children. In her free time, she loves travelling and going to the mountains for some relaxation and appreciating nature.
Miriam was originally from New York, NY and has been living in Virginia for the past 25 years. Miriam joined Woodard Orthodontics in 2011 as an orthodontic assistant and she has been with the practice ever since. "I love seeing our patient's reaction when when they look in the mirror and see their beautiful straight teeth", Miriam says. She has three children, one grandchild, and one grand puppy whom she loves spending her time with. When not in the office, she loves to knit blankets, sing, and binge watch her favorite tv shows.
Whitney was born and raised in Chesapeake, VA. She has been working in the orthodontic field for 21 years. Whitney joined Woodard Orthodontics in 2017 as our lead orthodontic technician. In her free time, she enjoys cooking and baking, camping at the beach, and spending time with her two sons, Mason and Ellis.
Sara is our sterilization technician and she joined Woodard Orthodontics in 2022 shortly after graduating from High School. She loves helping patients and seeing their beautiful smiles. With a passion in orthodontics, Sara is currently attending Dental Assisting school at Fortis College.
